Driver's Licence
Please note an additional surcharge of $20 per day applies if you do not have a New Zealand driver’s licence. Your driver’s licence must be supplied at caravan collection. Please go through the driving instructions.
Car Hire Partnership
Do you need a car to tow your caravan? We have partnerships that bring you exclusive car caravan combo offers. Please be aware that many hire vehicles do not have tow bars. See us to get help with hiring your car.
What is included in your caravan?
Your caravan comes equipped with
- water tank, waste tank, toilet cartridge, electrical power supply for campground
- all the kitchen utensils. cups, plates, and cooking items and basic cleaning items

Insurance
For insurable incidents under our Group Insurance Policy our current insurance excess for any claim is $3,000. If you wish to reduce this to $500 then please select this option when you complete your booking. The excess reduction is $15 per day.
Bond
We require a refundable bond of $1000 which is to be placed as a hold on your credit card details at check in.
Extras
There are also optional extras available for hire: These include a wifi modem, awning, additional water tanks , electrical adapters that allow you to connect to a traditional 3 pin power supply, direct water supply, wing mirror extenders and gas bottle refills.
Towing Vehicle
The small 2 berth caravan requires a vehicle capable of towing 1100 kgs. The mid sized 2 berth caravan requires a vehicle capable of towing 1300 kgs. The 4 and 6 Berth caravans require a vehicle capable of towing 1500 kgs.
Quotes are for daily caravan hire only and only current at the time they are provided. They do not guarentee availability. Rates can change at any time.

Operating Instructions
It can be very confusing working out how to operate your hire caravan. Don’t worry we go through all you need to know when you come to pick your caravan up. Allow 30 mins in your itinerary to ensure we have time to cover everything. Sometimes when you leave it might seem straight forward but later it can be hard to remember all the details. Please see the attached instructions document which is a reminder of all those wee details.
We recommend you register an account before you make a booking. Setting up an account is useful because it allows you to check the details of your booking and complete your payment at any time. Just return to this website and login to your account at your convenience.
